AMC ENGINEERING COLLEGE was established under Paramahamsa Foundation Trust (R) and located at Kalkere, Bannerghatta National Park Road, Bangalore - 560 083. The Engineering College is housed in a spacious 42 acres campus, having more than 1,20,000 sft biut-up area with cricket ground, Basket ball, Volley ball and 400 meter 8 lane track facilities.

Department of ELECTRICALS & ELECTRONICS

The department of "Electrical and Electronics Engineering" became functional from 2004. The department had an active role in pioneering the growth and prosperity of this institution. The department is backed by a rich collection of faculty members with expertise knowledge and training in various branches of this discipline

The Electrical and Electronics Engineering degree program prepares the graduates to enter a dynamic and rapidly changing field with career opportunities in Electric power, Integrated circuits, Robotics and control, Computer hardware and software. The demand for electrical power is increasing rapidly and there by the electrical Engineers are in great demand to meet the requirements. Electrical Engineers are mainly employed in industries manufacturing electrical components, accessories, Research and Development departments, which work on energy saving devices and systems.

The Electrical Engineering Laboratory is provided with both AC & DC panel boards and a rectifier unit. The lab is also equipped with well designed D.C. series, shunt and compound motors and generators along with all sorts of A.C. machines line single phase induction motor, 3 phase slip ring and squirrel cage induction motor, synchronous motor, techno-generator, schrage motor, alternators, single and three phase transformers, etc.

In addition, a fully equipped Control and Instrumentation lab, Power Electronics and Circuits Devices Lab, Electrical Workshop have been set up.
